In this role, you will collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and engineers across disciplines to deliver high‑quality, scalable mobile solutions.You will participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, write unit tests, and apply evolutionary design principles to integrate existing business and technology concepts into a flexible and practical mobile platform.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with product owners and team members to translate business needs into well‑designed technical solutionsParticipate in sprint planning, agile ceremonies, and delivery of high‑quality demonstrationsIdentify technical risks and issues, documenting recommendations and mitigation strategiesDesign, develop, refactor, and unit test iOS applications to ensure platform quality and stabilityPartner with design and cross‑functional teams to deliver a positive, intuitive client experienceWhat Are We Looking For?We’re looking for strong collaborators who are client‑focused, adaptable, and energized by fast‑paced environments. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, continuous improvement, and delivering world‑class mobile experiences that make a real impact for advisors and their clients.Requirements5+ years of hands‑on experience developing modern mobile or enterprise applications5+ years of iOS development experience using Swift and Objective‑CStrong understanding of object‑oriented programming (OOP), data modeling, and design patternsExperience designing, refactoring, and writing unit tests for mobile applicationsProven ability to work effectively in an agile development environmentCore CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical partnersPreferences (Limited to 5)Experience developing cross‑functional or enterprise‑scale systemsFamiliarity with Git, Jenkins, or other version control and CI/CD toolsExperience integrating mobile applications with RESTful servicesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related fieldStrong debugging and troubleshooting skills with an understanding of relational databases and data modelsPay Range: $111,500-$185,800/yearActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
