We’re Hiring Senior Consultant – Pharma & Manufacturing

This role offers an opportunity to lead complex consulting engagements and drive culture and organisational transformation initiatives across India. The incumbent will manage teams, partner with senior stakeholders, and contribute to business growth within the pharma and manufacturing verticals.

• Lead and deliver consulting engagements focused on culture transformation and OD initiatives
• Manage end-to-end project planning, timelines, and resource allocation across engagements
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to derive insights and build client-ready narratives
• Present findings, recommendations, and facilitate workshops for senior client stakeholders
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of consultants and analysts to ensure delivery excellence
• Support business development through proposal development, solutioning, and account growth
• Build long-term client relationships to drive renewals, repeat business, and referrals
• Contribute to internal capability building, knowledge management, and process improvement

• 6-8 years of experience in HR consulting, advisory, or professional services
• Strong exposure to pharma and/or manufacturing industry environments
• Proven experience managing consulting teams and complex client engagements
• Excellent executive presence with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High analytical capability with experience in data-driven storytelling
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred in HR, Marketing, Organisational Psychology, or related fields
• Willingness to travel PAN India as required for client delivery
