Job Description:This role is for one of the Weekday’s clientsSalary range: Rs 1000000 – Rs 1600000 (ie INR 10-16 LPA)Min Experience: 3 yearsLocation: NOIDA, MumbaiJobType: full-timeWe seek a dynamic and results-oriented Business Manager (BDM) with extensive experience in selling laptops, desktops, workstations, and associated IT hardware and solutions. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a proven history of acquiring new customers (hunting role), achieving sales targets, and managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish.Requirements:Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify, pursue, and secure new customers for IT hardware products, including laptops, desktops, and workstations.
- Generate leads via market research, cold calling, networking, and onsite visits.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, including corporates, SMBs, and enterprise customers.
- Understand client needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
3. Product & Market Expertise
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of IT hardware brands such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, and others.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
4. Sales Process Management
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and conduct price negotiations.
- Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, support, and billing.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain precise sales reports, sales funnel updates, and forecast data.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in IT hardware sales specifically for laptops, desktops, and workstations.
- Demonstrated success in hunting roles with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
- Capacity to work autonomously while managing field sales activities effectively.
- Solid understanding of OEM products such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Apple.
