We’re hiring QA Engineer – CMS Sitecore

Contribute to the development and documentation of test scenarios and cases Perform functional testing, data validations, and regression testing Troubleshoot defects using web protocol tools to identify causes Contribute test cases that will be built into the QA automation test suite where applicable Document defects and troubleshoot findings Follow testing best practices Ensure clean releases through regression testing of existing functionality Identify and analyze issues Ensure new functionality meets functional specifications Participate in Scrum activities including Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, and Daily Scrums Collaborate with the development team to review requirements, test, and inform cross functionally as needed Perform all aspects of quality assurance during sprint cycles including test strategies, test case documentation, and test execution Use tools such as Jira and Confluence to log bugs and test results Communicate effectively in English with written, verbal, and interpersonal skills CMS QA experience (Sitecore preferred; other CMS software examples: AEM, Umbraco, Drupal) Cross-browser testing experience Knowledge of test simulation tools (Lambdatest preferred) Testing experience in an Agile development environment Experience with the full cycle of a software project: conception, development, deployment, and continuous improvement Fluent in English (written and spoken) Available during the EST time zone to match the rest of the dev and QA teams Collaborative work style, ensuring clear expectations across functions and timely project delivery Thrive in a dynamic, agile environment Detail-oriented Work well under pressure, adhere to guidelines, and respect deadlines
