We’re Hiring Python Machine Learning

Experience: 2+ years of experience working with Python for developing Machine
Learning products
Must have skillsets:
1. Technical Skills:
a. Development Expertise:
i. Proficient in using pandas for data transformation
ii. Exposure to libraries like sklearn for model development,
testing, cross validation, Hyper-parametric tuning
iii. Experience is developing and delivering Machine Learning
Models (Supervised or Unsupervised) that add value to
business
iv. Exposure to statistics and probability distributions.
v. Exposure to various data transformation techniques
b. Infrastructure knowledge:
i. Experience working with Code repos like Github
ii. Exposure to Agile working concepts
c. Business Intelligence (BI):i. Project delivery experience in any BI solution like
MicroStrategy, PowerBI, GDS, etc.
ii. Experience in design wireframes and dashboards that
address relevant business problems – Managerial as well as
Operational.
2. Non-Technical Skills:
a. The candidate must have strong communication skills to explain
complex Business Logic with clarity.
b. Ability to think and speak strategically, provide recommendations
internally as well as externally.
c. Candidate will be expected to provide feedback and validate solution
designs for projects.
d. Ability to mentor a team of budding Machine Learning EngineersGood to have skillsets:
1. Machine Learning Deployment Expertise
2. Expertise in Cloud Processing Services like GCP/Azure.
