(Saudi National Only)Grade: G8Location: KFAA – MajmaahWorking hours: full timeAdvert closing: 29/03/2026Responsibilities· Deliver assigned components of the weekly sports and fitness programs.· Maintain and improve Sports Department facilities and training environments.· Assist with attendance and health records, including cadet absences and· illnesses.· Teach sports skills, physical conditioning, and health education to Cadet· Officers.· Conduct standardized fitness testing for Academy cadets.· Participate in aptitude testing.· Coordinate and supervise the Academy football league, and other sport· competitions.· Provide targeted training and support for cadets with overweight/underweight,· Following safe practice.Job Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in physical education, or a related field.· Professional certification in physical training or sports instruction (desirable).· Have a good command of English.· Excellent and effective interpersonal and communication skills; and advanced organisational skills· Self-disciplined and well-motivated· Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience· High competence in handling multiple tasks and working under high pressure conditions· Self-disciplined and well-motivated· Understanding of military training standards and a thorough knowledge of RSAF policies and procedures.SAUDI NATIONAL EMPLOYEE BENEFITSIn return for the required high levels of commitment and hard work you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including a generous leave and leave allowance, a full health care scheme and access to discounted gym membership.BAE SystemsBAE Systems has a heritage of commitment to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
