Your primary objective will be to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and innovative web solutions.Key Responsibilities1. Lead and mentor technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of web applications using javascript, drupal, and php.
2. Define and enforce development standards and best practices to ensure efficient and reliable code delivery.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
4. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely resolutions to ensure project timelines are met.
5. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in web development to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.Skill Requirements1. Proficiency in web development technologies including javascript, drupal, and php.
2. Strong understanding of frontend and backend web development frameworks and tools.
3. Experience in leading and managing technical teams in an agile development environment.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and optimize complex web applications.
5.
