We’re Hiring Offshore UI Intermediate Bench Developer (React & Redux-Saga)

Job Description:Key Responsibilities

• UI Development

o Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js..
o Implement efficient state management with Redux and Redux-Saga.
o Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization.

• Collaboration

o Work closely with onshore product owners, designers, and backend developers.
o Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
o Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Code Quality & Testing

o Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
o Implement unit testing and integration testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
o Debug and resolve UI issues across environments.

• Continuous Improvement

o Contribute to UI/UX enhancements and design consistency.
o Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and frameworks.
o Provide input on improving development processes and tools.Required Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, and Redux-Saga.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.
• Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, and modern build tools.
• Knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience in offshore delivery models preferred.
• Strong communication skills for client collaboration.
