JOB OVERVIEW
- Must have strong English & clear communication
- Creative eye for design, composition, and visual storytelling
- Experience creating YouTube thumbnails (CTR-focused style preferred)
- Skilled with Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools
- Able to produce 5 thumbnails per day consistently
- Able to follow references and deliver consistent styles across channels
- Can start ASAP

Base workload is 5 thumbnails per day. More pay can be compensated if you want to take on additional work.To Apply:
