Job Title: Legal Secretary (Content & Digital Strategy)Role Summary
We are looking for a highly organized Legal Secretary who possesses an advanced understanding of the digital landscape. The primary focus of this role is to support the lawyer’s daily practice and research. However, unlike a traditional legal role, you will be responsible for the “Digital Life Cycle” of our firm’s intellectual property. You will take recorded legal research, case briefs, and jurisprudence discussions and edit/distribute them across our professional social media channels, primarily YouTube.
Core Responsibilities1. Legal Administration & Jurisprudence Support

Research Synthesis: Organize and catalog legal research, case laws, and jurisprudence recorded by the lawyer.

Drafting: Prepare legal correspondence, memos, and court documents with high attention to detail.

Transcription: Transcribe dictations or recorded legal theories into formal written documents and video scripts.

Case Management: Maintain calendars, filing deadlines, and client communication.
2. YouTube & Social Media Management

Video Post-Production: Edit raw recordings of legal research and “jurisprudence explainers” into high-quality, professional videos.

Channel Growth: Manage the YouTube Studio backend, including SEO-optimized titles, tagging, and timestamping (chapters) for long-form legal content.

Content Repurposing: Extract “key takeaways” from long legal videos to create short-form content (Shorts/Reels) that maintains professional standards.

Compliance: Ensure all uploaded content adheres to legal ethics and does not violate attorney-client privilege.
Technical Requirements

Legal Expertise: Solid understanding of legal terminology and the ability to navigate jurisprudence databases.

Platform Mastery: Advanced knowledge of YouTube Studio, including analytics, SEO, and community management.

Editing Suite: Professional-level skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).

Design: Ability to create professional, non-clickbait thumbnails that command authority and trust.
