We’re looking for someone who loves people, competition, and a great game night. This role blends league recruitment, community outreach, marketing, promotions, and creative design to help grow participation, build buzz, and make our leagues fun, social, and well-run.Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and support participants for league programs
- Promote leagues through in-person outreach, phone, email, and digital channels
- Build relationships with players, teams, venues, and community partners
- Assist with league events, promotions, and on-site support
- Plan and execute grassroots marketing and promotional campaigns
- Manage social media content and promotional messaging
- Design flyers, posters, and social media graphics using Canva and/or Adobe tools
- Maintain consistent branding across digital and print materials
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, marketing, promotions, community outreach, or business development
- Graphic design experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working events, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple responsibilities
