We’re hiring Lead I – Software Engineering(Drupal)

Job Description:Additional Comments:Job Summary:We are seking an experienced Senior Drupal Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality Drupal-based websites and applications.You will play a key role in architecting robust, scalable solutions, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring best practices in Drupal development and deployment.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development and customization of Drupal 9/10 websites.

• Develop custom modules, themes, and integrations with third-party APIs.

• Ensure responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible front-end implementations.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers.

• Participate in architecture design and code reviews.

• Manage site performance, security, and scalability.

• Guide and mentor junior developers; enforce coding standards and best practices.

• Stay updated on emerging Drupal technologies and contribute to process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Drupal development (Drupal 8/9/10).

• Strong understanding of Drupal architecture, theming, and module development.

• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (including jQuery).

• Experience with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.

• Familiarity with headless Drupal, RESTful APIs, and decoupled architectures.

• Solid understanding of security best practices in Drupal.

• Experience working with Drupal distributions and multisite setups is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Acquia Certification or similar credentials.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container tools.

• Knowledge of other CMS platforms and frameworks (e.g., WordPress, Laravel).

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
