Responsibilities:Research relevant job openings based on client profiles
Customize resumes and cover letters for each application
Optimize applications for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Submit applications on behalf of clients in a timely mannerCompensation:$0.06 per tailored application submitted
$0.05 per non-tailored application submitted
$1.00 bonus for every interview securedRequirements:Experience with resume writing and cover letter customization
Familiarity with ATS optimization techniques
Strong attention to detail
