• The chosen candidate will function as a Developer/Senior Developer in Cloud application development. This initiative follows an agile approach, where the candidate will be engaged in designing, implementing, and overseeing peer code reviews.
• The candidate will cooperate with both Quest Global and Quest Global customer teams within a collaborative development framework.
• The technology stack includes Java, Spring Boot and Microservices on the AWS platform.
• The candidate’s duties will encompass, but not be restricted to:

• Interpreting requirements and/or specifications to formulate software designs.
• Producing high-quality software code based on the design.
• Performing comprehensive unit and system level testing to ensure top-notch software quality.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement new applications.
• Ensuring optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application/services.

• Extensive practical experience in Java/J2EE with Spring Boot/Hibernate.
• Experience in Go-Lang, with detailed understanding of go structure and microservices
• Proficiency in MongoDB.
• Substantial experience in cloud computing, particularly AWS, S3, SNS, SQS.
• Hands-on experience in Microservices development and the ability to differentiate it from web services.
• Experience in debugging in Development and Staging environments.
• Robust practical experience in Databases (Preferably RDBMS but also open to NoSQL).
• Exposure to Multithreading programming.
• Experience or exposure and willingness to participate in Test Automation/API Automation/Continuous Testing. The candidate should possess a solid understanding of all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Understanding of GIT and Maven.

Nice to Have Skill

• Proficiency in Dockers and CI/CD pipeline.
• Experience with Test-driven development.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Knowledge of Kakfa and Rabbit MQ.
