MBA Freshers are welcome to apply. The candidate will be responsible for handling international recruitment requirements and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:

• Handle bulk hiring for international recruitment requirements

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding

• Communicate with global candidates and employers

• Maintain candidate and employer records using CRM tools

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth hiring processes

• Stay updated on visa processes, migration policies, and global hiring trends

Salary: 35000 INR Per MonthRequirements

• 0-5 years of work experience as a Recruiter

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
