  • Drive sales through outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email outreach
  • Acquire and manage pharma retail accounts (chemists, pharmacies, medical stores)
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle (lead → pitch → negotiation → closure → delivery follow-up)
  • Build repeat business and customer retention through cross-sell/upsell
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
  • Ensure collections and payment follow-ups as per policy
  • Achieve revenue, conversion, and retention targets
  • Provide market feedback on pricing, availability, and competition
  • Support campaigns and promotions for business growth
  • Ensure compliance with pharma retail norms and policies

Requisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
  • Experience in inside sales / telesales (pharma retail / B2B / FMCG preferred)
  • Strong phone selling, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Understanding of pharma retail channel and distributor ecosystem
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp workflows
  • Ability to manage high-volume calling and sales targets
  • Strong communication and customer handling skills
  • Self-driven with strong execution and follow-up discipline
