- Quality & Hygiene: Maintains strict hygiene (HACCP, FIFO) and quality standards for all food.
- Team Leadership: Trains and supervises
and Commis Chefs.
- Menu Contribution: Participate in developing outcome of dishes.
- Inventory: Manages ingredients and carving equipment
Requirements
