We’re Hiring Experienced Furniture Removal Loaders and Packers Needed

Buzz Movers is looking for experienced furniture removal loaders and packers to join our team.

We are looking for applicants with real furniture moving industry experience who understand the care, physical work, pace, and professionalism required when handling clients’ household and office goods.

Minimum experience required

Applicants must have previous experience in the furniture removals / household moving industry and must be able to competently assist with:

• wrapping furniture with moving blankets and protective materials

• packing household goods into boxes safely and neatly

• loading and offloading furniture and appliances

• carrying furniture safely through homes, flats, complexes, stairs, and tight spaces

• securing furniture correctly inside trucks to reduce movement and damage

• protecting fragile items such as TVs, mirrors, glass items, artwork, and appliances

• dismantling and reassembling basic furniture where required

• stacking household goods properly to prevent damage in transit

• working carefully, quickly, and respectfully on site

Important

This position is not for general labourers with no removals background.


We are specifically looking for applicants who have worked in the furniture moving/removals industry and understand the correct handling, wrapping, loading, and offloading of household furniture and effects.

Requirements

• proven furniture removals / moving industry experience

• experience in wrapping, packing, loading, offloading, and securing furniture

• physically fit and able to perform demanding manual work

• able to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• presentable and respectful with clients

• sober habits and reliable attendance

• willing to work overtime, weekends, and early starts when required

• must have contactable references from the furniture removals / logistics industry

• references must be relevant to previous industry-related work
