We’re Hiring Executive – Telecaller – Pharma (1-3 yrs) Mumbai (Telesales/Inside Sales/BPO)

The role involves regular follow-ups, order coordination, and ensuring smooth communication across all stakeholders.Key Responsibilities :- Make outbound calls to distributors, stockists, and field force for order followups and updates- Maintain regular communication to ensure product availability and stock updates- Track pending orders, dispatch status, and resolve queries- Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and interactions- Support field sales team with required data and coordination- Ensure timely sharing of schemes, offers, and product updatesRequired Skills & Competencies :- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities- Basic knowledge of pharma distribution (preferred)- Ability to work with data and maintain records- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail- Preferred language – Preference will be given to candidates proficient in Marathi or Gujarati; knowledge of both languages will be an added advantage.Qualification:- Graduate in any discipline (preferred) / Under Graduates also applicable- Prior experience in pharma/healthcare calling or coordination is an advantage- Experience:1-3 years in telecalling / sales coordination (preferably in pharma industry) (ref:updazz.com)
