We’re Hiring English as a Foreign Language (EFL) Teachers Intervention & Support – Immediate Hire

Job SummaryResponsibilities

• Planning and delivering lessons that cover English language skills (e.g. reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, vocabulary) to non-native speakers.
• Assessing students’ language proficiency and providing feedback on their progress.
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and participation.
• Developing and using materials and resources (e.g. textbooks, online tools, multimedia) to support language learning.
• Working with other teachers and staff to coordinate curriculum and activities.
• Communicating with students, parents, and other stakeholders about student progress and program outcomes.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in education or a related field.
• A TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certificate, or equivalent.
• Experience teaching English to non-native speakers, preferably in an international context.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with people from different cultural backgrounds.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing classroom and student needs.
• Familiarity with technology and its application in language teaching.

Overall, an EFL teacher’s job is to facilitate language learning and help students become confident and competent communicators in English.
