Key Responsibilities:
- Design and validate electrical hardware interfaces for aerospace systems.
- Work on Resolver, RVDT, and LVDT interface principles including:
- Position / angle / linear displacement measurement
- Excitation and demodulation techniques
- Develop and verify hardware interfaces for communication protocols:
- SPI
- RS422
- CAN
- ARINC 429 / 422
- Perform protocol-level analysis including:
- Timing analysis
- Message framing
- Error detection
- Conduct interface-level debugging using:
- Logic analyzers
- Protocol analyzers
- Oscilloscopes
- Collaborate with system engineering teams for interface verification and validation.
- Support system-level testing and troubleshooting activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of analog and digital interface design.
- Hands-on experience with resolver-based sensing systems.
- In-depth knowledge of aerospace communication standards (ARINC preferred).
- Experience in system-level interface verification.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation and technical reporting skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Aerospace domain experience.
- Exposure to DO-254 / avionics hardware standards.
- Experience working in high-reliability or safety-critical environments.
