Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and validate electrical hardware interfaces for aerospace systems.
  • Work on Resolver, RVDT, and LVDT interface principles including:
  • Position / angle / linear displacement measurement
  • Excitation and demodulation techniques
  • Develop and verify hardware interfaces for communication protocols:
  • SPI
  • RS422
  • CAN
  • ARINC 429 / 422
  • Perform protocol-level analysis including:
  • Timing analysis
  • Message framing
  • Error detection
  • Conduct interface-level debugging using:
  • Logic analyzers
  • Protocol analyzers
  • Oscilloscopes
  • Collaborate with system engineering teams for interface verification and validation.
  • Support system-level testing and troubleshooting activities.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of analog and digital interface design.
  • Hands-on experience with resolver-based sensing systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of aerospace communication standards (ARINC preferred).
  • Experience in system-level interface verification.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Good documentation and technical reporting skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Aerospace domain experience.
  • Exposure to DO-254 / avionics hardware standards.
  • Experience working in high-reliability or safety-critical environments.
