This position leads value creation and transformation initiatives across multiple healthcare and pharma portfolio companies. The Executive Director serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, driving growth, operational excellence, and long‑term value creation.

• Develop and execute value creation plans across multiple portfolio companies.
• Lead large-scale operational transformations across cost, supply chain, commercial excellence, and digital enablement.
• Advise CEOs and boards on strategic decisions and governance matters.
• Identify and accelerate revenue growth, market expansion, and M&A integration opportunities.
• Mentor and guide junior team members within the value creation function.
• Oversee performance dashboards, KPIs, and communication of impact to stakeholders.
