Engineering & Construction Knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret:
- Architectural drawings
- Structural drawings
- MEP drawings
- Knowledge of:
- Construction methods
- Materials & specifications
- Site conditions & constraints
- Coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
- Familiarity with authority requirements and approvals (if local experience)
