Find out more at www.pwc.com.Our Digital Tax team comprises both Tax and Technology subject matter experts, working in tandem to transform and automate business processes across areas such as corporate income tax, transfer pricing, and goods and services tax. Using a combination of off-the-shelf applications and bespoke products, we provide effective digital solutions to ease the burden of manual processes so that efforts can instead be channelled into navigating the modern-day Tax landscape.We partner with clients and internal stakeholders across various industries to understand their business landscape and needs, adopting a data-driven approach in driving value creation. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:Partnering with internal stakeholders and/or clients to enable them to understand their needs and translate data insights into actionable solutions through analytics, visualization, and interactive web applicationsDesign and develop AI-driven tax automation solutions leveraging LLMs, predictive models, and machine learningParticipate in end-to-end project delivery—from requirements gathering to solution design, development, testing, and deploymentContribute to delivering solutions that align with client goals while helping shape go-to-market strategiesStay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends, helping the team innovate and improve competitive tax technology offeringsPlan, design and articulate workflow designs, solution architecture diagrams to internal stakeholders and/or clientAbout youDegree in a Quantitative field (Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, etc.) with at least 2 – 3 years of working experience.Hands-on experience building scalable analytics solutions on unified data platforms (Databricks, Microsoft Fabric), including interactive dashboards and web-based applications.Proficiency in statistical modelling, algorithms, data mining, and machine learning applications, with hands-on experience in software or AI development.Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and other relevant technical tools.Familiarity with web development frameworks and technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue, or backend frameworks).Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, prompt engineering, and their application in data extraction and automation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for clients and internal stakeholders.Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Required SkillsOptional Skills Accepting Feedback, Active Listening, Communication, Corporate Tax Planning, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, Emotional Regulation, Empathy, Inclusion, Intellectual Curiosity, Optimism, Scenario Planning, Statistical Analysis, Statistical Theory, Tax Compliance, Tax Efficiency, Tax Modeling, Tax Preparation, Tax Research, Teamwork, Well BeingDesired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)Travel Requirements Not SpecifiedAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?
