We’re hiring Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Title: Digital Marketing SpecialistLocation: BengaluruWe are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in website management using CMS platforms such as Sitecore or Adobe Experience Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in the B2B sector, with a bonus for those who have managed eCommerce platforms.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update website content using CMS platforms ( Sitecore, AEM etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure website content aligns with marketing campaigns and brand guidelines
• Optimize website performance, SEO, and user experience
• Monitor and analyse website traffic and user behaviour using tools like Google Analytics
• Support digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, paid media, and social media
• Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital platforms
• Assist in the integration and management of eCommerce functionalities (if applicable)
• Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate with developers or IT teams for resolution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and website management
• Proficiency in CMS platforms such as Sitecore, AEM, Drupal, or similar
• Strong understanding of B2B Digital marketing strategies and customer journeys
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools
• Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Bigcommerce, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) is a plus
• Excellent communication and project management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Experience with marketing automation tools (Salesforce)
• Understanding of digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
