Title of Job – AI Data Scientist – Decision Analytics_Agentic AISummary – We are hiring a highly skilled AI Data Scientist with strong expertise in GenAI, NLP and/or Computer Vision to build advanced AI-driven solutions. The role focuses on developing agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, and scalable machine learning models to solve complex business problems.Location – IndiaYour Future Employer – A leading global analytics and operations management organization known for driving business outcomes through data, AI, and digital transformation. Design and deploy agentic AI workflows using AWS Bedrock Agents, LangGraph, or CrewAI
2. Build and optimize machine learning and deep learning models using large datasets
3. Develop robust RAG pipelines using vector embeddings, caching, and knowledge bases
4. Implement fail-safe AI systems with HITL, fallback logic, and monitoring mechanisms
5. Ensure data security, compliance, monitoring, and performance optimization of AI systemsRequirements – 1. Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
2. Strong experience in Data Science and GenAI agentic model development
3. Expertise in Python, Postgres, Git, and vector databases
4. Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and graph networks (Neptune)
5.
