• Quantitative Expertise: 7+ years of professional experience (PhD preferred) navigating complex, large-scale industrial datasets.
• Agentic AI & LLM Proficiency: Deep experience with orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI) and building autonomous “Plan-and-Execute” loops.
• Advanced Analytics Mastery: Strong command of Python, SQL, and PySpark. Proven ability to implement diverse algorithms: from time-series analysis and frequent itemset mining to statistical load distributions.
• Deployment Versatility: Hands-on experience with both Cloud-Native AI services (Databricks) and Open Source serving stacks (e.g., Ollama) within private VPCs.
• Data Security Mindset: A strong understanding of security regarding “data-out” vs. “data-in” models, with a focus on protecting sensitive industrial data.
• Big Data Provenance: Extensive experience in Big Data ecosystems, managing high-velocity streams and distributed computing.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a strong plus.
