THE REAL ESTATE INSTITUTE OF NEW SOUTH WALES LIMITED (ABN 51 000 012 457), Also known as REINSW is looking for a full time Contract Administrator to support their office in Sydney NSW.
The Real Estate Institute of New South Wales (REINSW) is the peak industry body representing real estate professionals across NSW. It supports agents, property managers, and agencies by providing training, accreditation, advocacy, and industry insights. REINSW plays a key role in setting professional standards, offering continuing education, and representing the interests of its members in discussions with government and regulatory bodies, helping to ensure a well-informed, ethical, and high-performing real estate sector.
To be considered for the role you need to have a relevant industry qualification or at least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Coordinating project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure milestones are achieved within agreed deadlines
- Monitoring compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and organisational policies throughout project delivery
- Assisting in budget preparation and tracking expenditure against project forecasts, identifying and addressing any cost variances
- Developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to contracts, programs, projects and services
- Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and persons affected
- Managing paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects and services provided
- Working with Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Professionals, owners and others to ensure that goals are met
- Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions
- Overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders
- Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation’s activities
- Collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes
- Reviewing and arranging new office accommodation
