JOB OVERVIEWWe’re Hiring: Content Creation & Copywriting Virtual Assistant
Remote | Full-Time | US Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PST), 5 days/week
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and fast-learning Content Creation & Copywriting Virtual Assistant to support our real estate sales and marketing team. This role is ideal for a strong writer who understands the U.S. market, can create compelling copy across platforms, and can pair writing with effective visual content in real estate industry.
Responsibilities
– Write and publish high-quality content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and email marketing.
– Create content calendars and weekly posting plans aligned with marketing campaigns and listings.
– Develop persuasive copy for property marketing, event promotions, buyer/seller education, and lead-generation campaigns.
– Repurpose long-form content (webinars, articles, listings) into short-form social content.
– Design visual content using Canva: posters, flyers, carousels, and social media templates.
– Edit short-form videos for social media (Reels/Shorts), including basic cuts, captions, hooks, and subtitles.
– Research U.S. market trends, competitors, and content formats to propose new content ideas.
– Track content performance and optimize copy based on engagement and results.
– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely approvals and execution.
Qualifications
– Minimum 2 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or social media marketing.
– Strong English writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across platforms.
– Familiarity with U.S. audience behavior and social media trends.
– Proficiency in Canva; experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Premiere, etc.) preferred.
– Understanding of marketing fundamentals (hooks, storytelling, CTAs).
– Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to work independently.
– Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic Excel/Sheets.
– Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related).
– Graduates from reputable universities in the Philippines (UP, Ateneo, La Salle, UST, etc.) preferred, though exceptional candidates from other institutions are welcome.

– Complete a short writing test provided by our team (social media post or email copy).
Compensation & Benefits
– Salary: $650 – $1,000/month (based on experience and qualifications).
– Full-time remote role aligned with US PST hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
– Performance-based bonuses after a 3-month probation.
