The Health Promotion Board’s vision is to make Singapore a nation of healthier people.Come be a part of this journey if you’re passionate about creating boundary-pushing work that drives behavioral change.What you will be working on:The Clinic Executive will play a crucial role in the Health Promotion Board’s efforts to combat vaping by managing and overseeing the operational aspects of a new Vaping Offender Cessation Clinic. This is a 1-year contract position focused on implementing and supporting cessation programs for individuals who have committed vaping offenses.Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Vaping Offender Cessation Clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for offenders, ensuring timely access to cessation services.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of offender participation, progress, and outcomes within the clinic’s designated systems.
- Assist in the procurement and inventory management of clinic supplies and educational materials.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including enforcement agencies, healthcare professionals, and support organizations, to facilitate seamless offender referral and follow-up.
- Prepare and compile reports on clinic activities, offender statistics, and program effectiveness for management review.
- Provide administrative support to clinic staff, including data entry, correspondence, and general office duties.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the clinic operations and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and data protection regulations.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to smoking/vaping cessation and clinic management.
