We’re Hiring Business Analyst (Saudi Only)

We are looking for two dedicated Business Analysts to join a strategic 9-month project focused on establishing a Decision Support Unit and developing advanced AI/BI roadmaps. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between complex data capabilities and strategic business needs to ensure evidence-based decision-making.Key Responsibilities:

• Current State Analysis: Conduct deep-dive studies into existing practices and align them with digital transformation goals.
• Requirement Gathering: Lead workshops with stakeholders to document technical and non-technical requirements for BI and AI.
• Data Evaluation: Assess existing data quality, completeness, and structure to identify necessary infrastructure improvements.
• Use Case Development: Prepare a comprehensive portfolio, providing detailed documentation, including data sources, algorithms, and expected impact.
• KPI & Success Metrics: Define clear performance indicators to measure the success and ROI of each implemented use case.
• User Experience (UX/UI): Collaborate on the design of user interfaces and dashboards, conducting usability tests to ensure high adoption rates.
