- Design & implement Battery Management Systems (BMS)
- Develop SoC/SoH estimation algorithms
- Execute cell balancing strategies
- Perform hardware & software testing/validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration
- Drive performance improvements in reliability, efficiency, and safety
- Prepare technical documentation & reports
- Work with CATIA, ALTIUM, AutoCAD for layouts
- Integrate electronic components such as FFS, EMS
