The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating scalable backend services, working with modern cloud platforms, and integrating US fintech APIs such as Plaid or other similar financial service providers.Requirements:Key Responsibilities● Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Node.js and Python● Create scalable RESTful APIs and microservices● Manage databases including MongoDB and other backend data stores● Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines● Deploy and maintain containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS)● Operate within AWS and/or GCP cloud environments● Integrate US fintech APIs including Plaid, payment gateways, banking APIs, etc.● Ensure backend systems deliver high performance, scalability, and security● Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams● Participate actively in code reviews and uphold best engineering practicesRequired Skills & Experience● 3 to 6 years of backend development experience● Proficient with the Node.js backend stack● Experience working with MongoDB● Skilled in building REST APIs and microservices● Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline implementation● Practical experience with Docker and containerized environments● Experienced in cloud platform usage, either AWS or GCP● Knowledge of Kubernetes / EKS● Experience integrating US fintech APIs like Plaid, payment processors, or banking APIs● Understanding of security and compliance standards relevant to fintech systemsPreferred Qualifications● Experience using Python for backend development or automation tasks● Exposure to AI-driven APIs or large language model (LLM) integrationsSkillsNodeJSPython
