About the work from home job/internshipWe are seeking a talented video editor intern to work on both daily YouTube Shorts and regular long-form video projects. This is a remote, flexible position with no fixed working hours, allowing you to work at your own pace while meeting set deadlines. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of video editing, storytelling, and pacing, with experience in both short and long-form content formats.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Produce one YouTube Short per day, ensuring it meets platform standards and trends (vertical format, under 60 seconds). This will require concise storytelling and engaging editing techniques to maximize retention.
2. Edit longer videos as needed, optimizing them for narrative flow, visual quality, and engagement. This includes cutting down and aligning raw footage, adding transitions, color correction, sound effects, and BGM, and ensuring cohesive storytelling.
3. Ensure video quality, pacing, and storytelling are optimized for viewer engagement and retention.
4.
