Utility and Piping Executive- Thane

We have an opening for the post of Utility and Piping Executive for a reputed Eng. industry for their Thane (Wagle Estate) locationJob description:

• Draft detailed layouts of utility piping systems using CAD software.
• Ensure design compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to optimize system layouts.
• Prepare material lists and specifications.
• Assist with 3D modeling and visualization of designs.
• Support field installations and resolve design-related issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Calculate the Piping and Fitting BOQ

Specific Skills Required:

• 3-4 years of experience in piping works of pharmaceutical projects.
• Shall have experience in preparation of concept sketches for Piping Layout & Routing for Pharmaceutical projects
• Understanding in Equipment Placing & Layout for pharmaceutical and API Plants.
• Shall be able to get the PFD and P&ID from hand sketches.
• Co ordination and planning for the day to day works of Piping department.
• Familiarity with Applicable Codes & Standards

Software Skills: AutoCAD 2D/ 3DKey Skills: Pharma Piping, Utility Layouts, Piping Layout, Nozzle orientation, Chemical, Piping Isometric, Consultancy, Piping Draughtsman, AutoCAD Draughtsman, AutoCAD 2D, Layout Planning.Schedule: Day ShiftOther Facilities : * Mediclaim for self.
