• Recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts
• Prepare bank reconciliation for various banks
• Reconciling inter-company loan transactions
• Producing various financial reports
• Prepare invoices and process receipts and payments
• High volume data entry
• Assisting in the Month End process’
• Ensuring accounts are correctly reconciled’
• Reconciliation of all general ledger accounts
• Communication with US team members in respect of queries and review points
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed within the specified timeframe and with a minimum number of errors or omissions
• Attends to any ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Degree in Accounting or related
• Understanding of GAAP
• Strong Analysis skills
• Experience in Accounting software/apps, QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Gusto, Paypal
• Willing to take on new tasks as the role progresses, adaptable to any change, and can work in a complex structure
