• Able to converse fluently using Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
• Able to read & write Traditional Mandarin word
• Education: SPM, UEC, O-level or; above
• Working Hours： 24/7 Rotational Shift – 5 days working

Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs
• Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments
• To exceed customers’ expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
• Work in a team to achieve the required KPI and SLA elements.
