Noida, KasnaOverview:Sphere Thermal is seeking a skilled Testing Engineer to join our team and support the testing processes for Roof Mounted AC Package Units (RMPU) used in Indian Railways and Metro systems. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of HVAC products through comprehensive testing protocols.Key Responsibilities:

• Testing Execution: Conduct thorough testing of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Test Protocol Development: Develop and implement testing protocols and procedures for RMPU systems, ensuring they meet relevant industry standards and customer requirements.
• Data Analysis: Analyze test results, identify defects or deviations from specifications, and document findings for review and corrective action.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to address issues, enhance product performance, and improve testing methodologies.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability during testing procedures.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed testing reports, documenting methodologies, results, and recommendations for product improvement.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure that all testing activities comply with relevant standards set by Indian Railways (RDSO, ICF) and Metro systems.

Qualifications:

• Education: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in testing engineering, specifically in HVAC systems or related technical fields.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in testing methodologies and equipment.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, particularly in the context of railway and metro applications.
• Proficiency in documentation, compliance management, and audit processes.
• Familiarity with quality standards and regulations relevant to HVAC testing.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective reporting and cross-departmental collaboration.
