Job Description:Role Proficiency:Performs tests in strict compliance with very minimal instructionsOutcomes: * Construct systematic test cases from scenarios for applications based on customer user stories or requirements

• Execute systematic test cases from scenarios for applications based on customer user stories or requirements
• Ensure that new or revised components or systems perform to expectation
• Ensure meeting standards; including usability performance reliability or compatibility

Knowledge on K6/JMeter & being able to analyse the outputs of performance testing via Monitoring tools is a must. Hands-on knowledge on L1 Production Support will come in handy. Work experience in cross-country teams is a plus. Education Qualificaiton: B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc./M.Sc.IT Roles & Responsibilities: Performance Testing Engineer will play a vital role in the team. He/She/They will be responsible for testing the capacity of the application and help in the process of building a resilient system. The engineer will be required to prepare, design, execute & monitor the entire process of Performance Testing. Good experience in coding languages like JAVA & JavaScript will come in handy to make any changes to the performance scripts. Share new concepts, strategies or innovative approaches to performance testing that will have significant positive impact on the project. Provide rotational on-call support where you’ll respond, investigate, and resolve production incidents. Conduct, document, and present root cause analysis documents to share insights with the broader organization. Participate in QA Automation as a secondary responsibility and build automation scripts. Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues. Willing to learn multiple technologies and monitoring production systems. Working in Agile development practices and scrum model. Strong knowledge of technical documentation processes/procedures. Flexibility to work with geographically diverse team and familiar with the onsite/offshore working models. Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to clearly and concisely communicate both verbally and in writing with technical team members, business process owners & senior leadership as this is a role of very high visibility.
