Tendering and Cost Engineer

Alkathiri Holding is seeking to hire a Tendering and Cost Estimation Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the contracting industryThe ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing tender documents, preparing technical queries and submittals, and delivering detailed cost estimates for Civil, MEP, Infrastructure, Architectural, and Fit-out works.Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the contracting/construction industry (Mandatory)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical)

• Strong knowledge in budgeting, cost control, variance analysis, and cost-benefit evaluation

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

• Excellent financial and analytical skills
