  • Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential clients and identify leads who can benefit from our software.
  • Client Engagement: Explain the benefits of our software clearly and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule demo sessions for clients and coordinate details with the sales team.
  • Follow-Up: Contact clients after demos to answer questions, address concerns, and close sales.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate client records and organize them in the system.
  • Reporting: Track call activities, demos, and sales, and highlight client feedback.

Requirements:

  • Education: 12th pass or higher.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, telecalling, or marketing of IT products (ERP Software Sales experience is a plus).

Skills:

  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and software.
  • Motivated and focused on achieving sales goals.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative or Telesales role, ideally within the IT Services and Software / SaaS industry.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
