As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of innovative solutions, managing technical teams, and ensuring the success of various e-commerce projects.Key Responsibilities:· Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable e-commerce solutions.· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver top- quality products.· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.· Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards.· Optimize and maintain existing systems and applications.· Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to coding and development.· Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate best practices in development.
