This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, scaling distributed systems, and driving engineering excellence across teams.RequirementsAs a Staff Engineer, you’ll architect, build, and optimize the foundational systems and tools that power our products. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to enable fast, secure, and scalable development through reusable components, robust APIs, and self-service infrastructure.Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable platform services to empower product teams and streamline development workflows.
• Develop reusable libraries, components, and infrastructure tools to abstract away complexity and boost engineering efficiency.
• Act as a technical mentor, providing guidance and support to junior engineers while fostering a culture of collaboration across engineering teams.
• Spearhead architectural reviews and influence critical technical decisions to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.
• Build observability and monitoring frameworks to enhance performance visibility, alerting, and troubleshooting.
• Continuously tune and optimize platform systems for performance and cost-efficiency.
• Champion engineering best practices, including clean code, rigorous code reviews, and modern CI/CD pipelines.

What We’re Looking For

• 6–10 years of experience in backend or platform engineering, with a focus on building and scaling distributed systems.
• Deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
• Proficiency in backend languages such as Java, Python, Golang, or JavaScript.
• Expertise in designing scalable APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, and system-level performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives and enhancing platform reliability and developer productivity.
