Responsibilities & Key Deliverables1. Deliver the flawless software to customers after rigorous validation2. Plan the resources, budget3. Managing the operations of the team4. Develop and execute test plans and procedures to validate EV systems and components5. Analyse test results to identify and document the defects6. Develop and maintain test automation scripts7. Develop and maintain test environments8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality9. Develop and maintain test documentation, metrics, reports10. Troubleshoot and debug test failures11. Support in validating the homologation requirements.

Support in finding the root cause of field concerns and incorporate the learnings in validationExperience12-16 YearsIndustry PreferredAutomotive IndustryQualificationsBE/ME (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical)General Requirements– Good Knowledge in EV Vehicle system architecture and validation.– Good knowledge on Automotive Regulations and Standards (e.g. AIS, ISO, SAE)– Ability to understand customer requirements.
– Ability to define test cases and reproduce the issues.
