Sr.& Jr. Full Stack Developers(React, Python)

Job Type: Full-Time / 6 days (Work from office)
Note: Candidates should be open to travel for work to client locations out of Mumbai.Roles & responsibilities of JR& Senior Developers;

• Frontend Development: Build responsive, high-performance UIs using React.js, Redux, and modern frontend tools.
• Backend Development: Develop scalable APIs and microservices using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI).
• Database Management: Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and transactions. ● Architecture: Expertise in microservices architecture, SOA, RESTful APIs, and middleware technologies.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Ensure clean, maintainable code with unit/integration testing (Jest, Pytest).
• Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and drive architectural decisions.
• DevOps & Deployment: Work with CI/CD pipelines (Docker, AWS/GCP, GitHub Actions).

Preferred candidate profile ;

• 4-7 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js (hooks, state management, performance optimization).
• Expertise in Python backend frameworks (Django, Flask, or Fast API).
• Familiarity with REST/Graph QL APIs, JWT, OAuth.
• Knowledge of AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes (nice to have).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile/Scrum.
