• 18+ years experience in HW product development process
• Extensive experience in Hardware product development life cycle in residential, commercial and industrial products.
• Extensive experience in multidisciplinary team management across geographies.
• Hands on experience in product design, hardware design, EMI/EMC, product certifications.
• Demonstrated experience in working with multi disciplinary teams like mechanical, software, firmware etc.
• Demonstrated experience in crisis management during project execution.
• Experience in six sigma tools and project execution process end to end.
• Experience in team handling, appraisals, coaching, mentoring team members.
• Good communication skills
