Specialist/Senior Specialist (AI Engineer)

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Reporting to the Data Science Lead, you will be responsible for end-to-end development and deployment of machine learning models to solve complex business problems. The role requires understanding and application of AIOPs/MLOps/DataOps frameworks, machine learning algorithms and software development skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem solving, a strong analytics mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Design, develop, test, and deploy AI models and machine learning systems, including prototypes and Proof-of-ConceptsMonitor, maintain and optimize deployed AI systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders such as business users, data scientists, software developers, infrastructure engineers to develop and/or integrate AI solutionsDevelop and monitor data collection and annotation efforts to ensure high-quality data for model training, evaluation and drift detectionDocument development process and contribute to existing knowledge base and/or education contentJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or higher qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or relevant discipline1 to 2+ years’ experience in AI, data science, machine learning, data engineering or similar roles. Fresh graduates are welcome to applyStrong programming skills, preferably in Python with experience in data science and machine learning libraries and frameworksExperience in engineering AI/ML solutions on cloud platformsExperience with MLOps frameworks such as MLflow, KubeflowExperience in developing prototypes and rapid experimentation in a fast-paced agile environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex and unstructured dataTeam collaboration and communication skillsSpecialization : Information Technology
