This centre will deliver mission critical data services to its global customers powered by its proprietary cloud-based technology platform and leveraging proprietary business & consumer databases. Data Axle is headquartered in Dallas, TX, USA.Roles & Responsibilities:We are looking for a Software Engineer — Python who will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining the back end for solutions.
- Build performant customer facing web solutions using Python/Django
- Create, build, and release new capabilities for user interaction using modern APIs and frameworks
- Deliver accessible and responsive code of high quality (automated build/test/deploy)
- Work as an integral part of an agile team to deliver a great user experience Ability to adapt to changing requirements while managing expectations
- Take pride and ownership in the solutions that you create.
- Take the initiative to deliver impactful work that adds value.
- Feel comfortable collaborating with other developers, teams, and leaders remotely.
Requirements:Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with a range of software applications and technologies.
- Bachelorโs degree in a technology related area (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) is required; Masterโs Degree preferred.
- Good knowledge of design methodology and standard software design patterns.
- Experience of working in Agile teams.
- Strong technical written and verbal communication in English.
- Proven ability to develop systems and web services for data storage and access.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
