This position is for UI / Front-end development team
As the Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing of high-quality web and enterprise applications, from the server-side logic to the front-end user interface. You will be a Senior Engineer, ensure best practices in coding and design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient software solutions. This role requires a person with high technical abilities.Key Responsibilities:-Develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
– Develop and enhance front-end user interfaces with a focus on performance, usability, and responsiveness.
– Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
– Collaborate with delivery managers, product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
– Stay updated with enterprise guidelines, emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into development processes where applicable. Foster the culture of continuous learning for self and team.
– Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
– Drive continuous improvement in software development practices and team productivity.QualificationsSkillsets Required
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
– Proven experience (5+ years) as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with a track record of successfully leading development teams.
– Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, JSF, and modern frameworks/libraries such as React and Next.JS.
– Strong expertise in server-side languages and frameworks such as Java, Spring, Node.js.
– Strong expertise in cloud platforms like AWS and experience in building cloud native and hybrid cloud applications.
– Experience with database design and implementation(SQL and NoSQL databases).
– Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).
– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
– Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.
– Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
