Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and driven Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining software systems that support the core operations of our clients in the financial industry. You’ll work with a team of professionals committed to delivering quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.Tasks & responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using modern technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and QA engineers.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Ensure software systems comply with security and regulatory standards of the finance sector.
• Perform system analysis, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Maintain thorough documentation and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, .NET, Python, or similar.
• Experience with web services, API integration, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of software security, especially in financial applications, is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.

Desirable (but not mandatory):

• Prior experience working in or with financial institutions or fintech companies.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in financial software (e.g., PCI-DSS, AML, KYC).
